In collaboration with Police Facility Design Group, we provided MEP engineering Design, civil engineering, and construction administration for the new 78,000 SF City of Pearland Public Safety Building.

The project combined the municipal court with the police/detective headquarters into one building which included administrative offices, holding cells, smoke exhaust, a sally port, booking facilities, a reconfigured court with jury rooms, administrative areas, a lobby, office spaces, and the county clerk area.

Mechanical designs exceeded ASHRAE percentages. The electrical system design included fire alarms, life safety systems, security surveillance, integrated locking systems, communications systems, 100% emergency generator coverage, and MEP framework for an emergency operations center and the radio tower.
