The 26,200 SF building serves both the Process Technology and Instrumentation programs and offers skill-based, hands-on learning labs and flexible classrooms designed for both current needs and future growth. The advanced computer and technical labs will increase instructional capabilities and encourage greater involvement with the nearby industrial community.

The Center expands the LSC-PA campus and the project includes a connecting pedestrian corridor.
