The Culinary Innovation Center design allowed for more effective collaboration between neighboring teams within Pepsico’s Global Research and Development Center. The Research and Product Development labs were given direct access to work with on-site Chefs in a state-of-the-art kitchen to develop new tastes, textures and products.
